Agra hotel owner’s son ‘abducts & rapes’ 13-year-old at gunpoint | Agra News

AGRA: A hotel owner’s son has been accused of holding a 13-year-old girl captive and raping her at gunpoint at the hotel situated on Fatehabad Road on Monday.
On Friday night, the girl’s mother filed a complaint at the Tajganj police station following which police registered a case of rape and abduction.
The complaint filed by the survivor’s mother alleged that Rakesh Rajput, a resident of Durga Complex , used to talk to her daughter on the phone. Rakesh promised her a job at his father’s hotel on the condition she became his friend.
On Oct 21 noon, he asked her to come to Maruti Chowk and took her to the hotel, where he allegedly raped her. Rakesh took out a gun and allegedly threatened to kill her. He then held her captive and raped her multiple times over two hours .
SHO Jasbeer Singh said, “The girl’s medical exam has been conducted and she has recorded her statement.”
