Virat Kohli’s reaction to ‘BGT mein aag lagani hai’ leaves fans in splits – WATCH | Cricket News
NEW DELHI: Ahead of the upcoming three-match Test series against New Zealand, starting October 16, India’s star batsman Virat Kohli was spotted at Mumbai airport, surrounded by a sea of paparazzi and media.
One photographer caught Kohli off guard with an enthusiastic comment, saying, “BGT mein aag lagani hai (You have to light up the Border-Gavaskar Trophy).”
Perplexed, Kohli asked, “Kismien? (What do I have to light up?)”
The photographer quickly clarified, “BGT mein (in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy),” to which Kohli gave a nod of acknowledgment before heading to his car.
Kohli had missed the entire home series against England earlier this year, from January to March, due to the birth of his second child.
